Updated Transplant Editor Quick Start Guide Released

On May 21, 2025, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released updates to the Transplant Editor Quick Start Guide on MyCROWNWeb.org. This Quick Start Guide provides detailed guidance to transplant hospitals, ESRD Networks, and CMS staff using EQRS to support transplant hospitals and their patients. It contains sections that describe how to:
- View facility dashboards and waitlist reports;
- Admit patients and add their clinical information;
- Search for and edit facility information, contacts, medical personnel, and complete Form CMS-2744;
- Search for and edit patient information;
- Create and edit different types of Form CMS-2728 and Form CMS-2746;
- Admit patients and add their clinical information; and
- View and run reports.
